On sharing trivia traffic: Here's an idea that I've been trying out — post a trivia traffic question at your workplace, a different one at random each week; coworkers can put their answers into an envelope. The trivia posting makes it clear that the answers will be sent to the trivia originator via amateur radio and includes info about NTS. Once a week, the answers are sent to the question originator. A point system and leaderboard can be set up and posted for the players, to add a competitive dimension. Actually it might be necessary to limit the number of players so not too much traffic is generated. Replies from the trivia originator are given to the players on Radiogram forms. Done in this way, trivia traffic can spread awareness of amateur radio and NTS in the public.

73 - Eric KB1WXC

Bruce—- Thanks for checking out Trivia Traffic. There are four messages that James and I are holding. So feel free to give either of us a call after the net and ask for one. You might also dream up some trivia and originate some Trivia Traffic of your own.

73,

Dave

I am the manager of the Texas CW NTS net (TEX). I write a monthly newsletter (see website link above), and would like to include some information from your website, which may be of interest to some net members. This idea you have sounds like it might help generate some much-needed traffic (other than the WB5NKD, N1IQI, and W1GMF messages we regularly handle). 73, Steve
